On 2 February, 2012, Jacek Klimczak participated in the expert debate of “Radca Prawny” magazine of the “Counsel Debates – Law How”. The subject of the meeting was, among other things, legal grounds for setting up a Compliance function, substantive and formal-legal preparation for the Compliance function as well as the role and duties of Compliance in financial institutions.
